Rodney Field - President
Born and raised in Texas, Rodney entered in the Army in 1988. He spent 6 years in the 82nd Airborne. He was honorably Discharged in 1994.
He then went on to work in the private sector as a fire fighter for 23 years where he was an Engineer/Operator for the Cy-fair, Tomball and Magnolia fire departments. Keeping with his local ties he has been a Service Consultant with Parkway Chevrolet and Fred Haas Toyota Country. He also serves as head of Security for his home church.
And is currently serving as President for Tri-County Health Alliance.
He is now a Home Inspector with 1st Rate Inspections here locally.
He is a proud Parent of a son and daughter with 6 grandchildren.
He loves giving back to his local community and strives to become more involved each and every day.
Charlie Bell - Vice President
Charlie is a lifetime resident of Magnolia, Texas. As a devout Christian, Charlie has a strong desire to work within his community to make a difference. Charlie looks forward to serving the needs of his community with like-minded citizens.
Charlie Bell is a graduate of Magnolia West High School and Tarleton State University and is currently employed with Tejas Underground Utilities since his graduation in 2016.
Tom Turner - Secretary
Tom Turner joined USI, Houston Office in 2014 as an Underwriter servicing the Alabama, Louisiana and Texas locations.
Tom began his career in employee benefits over 18 years ago as an Underwriting Consultant at Aetna Inc., underwriting large group medical renewals before transferring to Aetna's Dental department as a large and national account dental underwriter. After Aetna, Tom joined the Humana underwriting team as a large group medical underwriter for fully insured and self funded new business accounts. He then spent 3 years as an underwriter consultant/business analyst at brokerage firm in the Houston Area.
Prior to his career in employee benefits, Tom worked in the financial industry first as an internal auditor at First National Bank of West Monroe La., and then a Facilities manager at Hibernia National Bank.
Tom also served 6 years on active duty in the United States Navy, and continued his service in the Naval Reserves for 19 years, retiring in 2010. Graduated from the University of Louisiana, Monroe with a BBA in Finance.
Dennis Semmler - Treasurer
Dennis Semmler has been a resident of Tomball for over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1972 as a licensed Pharmacist. Mr. Semmler has over 50 years of clinical and management experience in both Retail and Hospital Pharmacies and was also a former Hospital Executive as well as a Compliance Officer. He has been married for 39 years and has 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. Semmler served on the Tomball Centennial Committee and is currently a Deacon at his Church. He is proud to say he was a founding member of Tomagwa HealthCare Ministries.
Patsy Marburger - Parliamentarian
Patsy has lived in Waller, Texas for over 50 years. She is the owner of Chat & Curl Beauty Salon in Waller for 45 years.
She is a member of St. Katherine Drexel Church in Hempstead, Texas and is a faithful volunteer to many organizations including the Hockley Senior Center, House of Help, and many organizations at her church.
Patsy is married to Danny Marburger and has three awesome children and six beautiful grandchildren.
Patsy loves giving back to her community!!
Irma Gonzales - Member
Irma is a resident of Magnolia, Texas for over 30 years. She is currently the Registrar for the Magnolia Independent School District, which is a position she has held for 22 years. One thing she loves about her job is meeting new families that move into the Magnolia area.
Irma has been married to her high school sweetheart for 35 years and has three great children and five grandchildren who she adores.
Terry Kennedy Arnold RN, CRRN, CDMS, CLCP, CNLCP - Member
Ms. Arnold is an RN with over 50 years’ experience, with specialty interest and certification in rehabilitation nursing, disability management and life care planning. She has worked in ICU, CCU, rehabilitation, pediatric burn care, ER and orthopedics. She also has many years of working as a case manager with a workers compensation carrier, making sure catastrophically injured individuals received the appropriate and top of the line care from the time of the injury through ongoing medical care and return to home. Her duties often included transferring patients to rehabilitation centers, setting up housing, facilitating home modification, and procuring wheelchair accessible transportation, equipment and supplies.
In 2000, Ms. Arnold opened her own company that provided case management and life care planning services to individuals with serious injuries. She also provided expert witness services in legal cases to determine the type of care and the life time cost of medical care for persons with injuries such as burns, head injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
She continues to work part time and spends her leisure time with her 3 dogs, 6 horses and 1 goat. She is married to a home builder in Waller, Texas and together they have 3 sons, 3 daughters in law, and 7 grandkids. She enjoys travel, carriage driving competition and gardening.
Ann Marie Paradowski - Executive Director
Ann Marie, who is a native Houstonian, moved to Magnolia where she lived for 35 years. When living in Magnolia, she was involved in numerous community organizations, including many projects for the Magnolia Independent School District. She is currently living in Cypress.
A Pharmacy Technician by trade, Ann Marie has worked in various hospitals for over 40 years gaining a lot of knowledge and understanding for the medical needs of the community. She works part time for Encompass Rehab Hospital and is currently teaching at Lone Star College as an Adjunct Professor for the Pharmacy Technology program.
Ann Marie is a proud mother of two children and six grandchildren.
